Ethics code is a key tool to guide Management, employees, contractors, customers, suppliers, and generally all those persons who works and/or on behalf of A.T.S. SRL
It is actually an imperative requirement for every Company to wonder about ethics, it is required by the knowledge that the profit targets are reached only valuing human resources, working in sync with customers and suppliers, respecting the environment and considering the cultural context.
Ethics is the result of a culture, a history, a context; the business is independent of culture, history, context, and imposes unavoidable behaviors to achieve and increase profits, prevail over competitors, build alliances, etc.
Losing sight of ethics means waiver of its own roots, and it may be also lost the truth of the persons involved in our activity, a conflict with the environment is generated, and then the skill to effectively do business is lost.
People must look for the meeting point between ethics and business, our ethics identity could and should be read as a competitive advantage, as a distinguishing trait. A.T.S.'s principle is the respect of the laws and regulations of the Italian Constitution.
Protecting health and people's safety is one of the primary objectives of the Company. A.T.S. SRL is committed to ensure that each working performance execution is properly registrated, authorized, verifiable, to ensure that all the actions and Company's operations have an adequated registration and the possibility to verify decision process, authorization and implementation. The informations and external communications must be truthful, accurate, complete, clear and respectful of the peoples's privacy and of the obligations provided by the Italian Constitution.
A.T.S. SRL undertakes to treat as prescribed by current confidentiality laws personal and confidential informations collected and managed as part of its activity, dl. g.s. 196/2003, each employee or collaborator is obliged to keep the confidentiality and non-disclosure of informations concerning everything about the Company's life.
It is strictly prohibited any action that may lead to any chance of involvement of ATS SRL in legal crimes related to money.
A.T.S. SRL applies work equipment maintenance programs to improve the safety and efficiency. The Company acknowledges the importance of human resources as one of the key factors for the achievement of the goals, people are selected on the basis of their experience, attitude, expertise, staff is hired with specific and regular work contract. A.T.S. SRL considers unacceptable any kind of violence, mobbing or undesired behavior that violates the person's dignity.
All employees and collaborators must personally contribute to the building and maintaining of a climate of mutual respect, by showing attention to colleagues and their sensitivity, in a climate of cooperation and help.
The Company makes every effort to improve the separate garbage collection and recycling. Relationships with suppliers are in compliance with the fairness, transparency and good faith, everything is' aimed to create a lasting business relationship and good cooperation.
