El remaches ranurados es un sistema de fijación rápida adecuado para la aplicación en agujeros ciegos y en materiales como la madera, gracias al rodamiento particular que hace que la superficie del casquillo corrugado garantice una mayor capacidad de anclaje en las paredes del agujero.
Para ser aplicados, el remache ranurados requiere un remachador neumático que deforma el casquillo por medio del clavo, aplicando una fuerza hasta que el clavo se rompe.
