Die Blindniete für Kunststoff ist ein Schnellbefestigungssystem, das für weiche und zerbrechliche Kunststoffmaterialien verwendet wird.
Je nach Verwendung unterscheidet sich der Blindniet für Kunststoff in verschiedenen Typen: Aluminium / Stahl-Blindniet für Kunststoffe im Allgemeinen und Aluminium / Aluminium-Blindniet für zerbrechliche Kunststoffe.
Zum Anbringen benötigt der Blindniet für Kunststoff ein pneumatisches Nietwerkzeug, das die Buchse mit Hilfe des Nagels verformt und eine Kraft ausübt, bis der Nagel bricht.
