The automatic capacitor discharge welder (PRO-C 1000), with a capacity of 88,000 µF (switchable to 44,000 µF), is designed for welding studs, weld bushings, and other metallic elements using capacitor discharge technology. It is a robust and high-performance solution, suitable for integration into automated production systems.
All operating functions and process parameters are displayed on a large screen. The microprocessor control and continuous regulation of the charging voltage allow for precise energy management, ensuring high-quality welds and optimal repeatability, even in high-frequency production cycles. Thanks to the inverter charging board with an electronic timer, charging times are extremely short, enabling rapid welding sequences and improving overall process efficiency.
The machine is equipped with pre-installed welding programs that simplify the selection of correct parameters for various applications. It is also possible to store custom programs tailored to the user's specific production needs. The integrated welding parameter monitoring system allows for real-time quality control. By default, the machine saves the data from the last ten welds, but with the optional memory, up to 24,500 welding cycles can be stored. Data can be easily exported via USB interface for analysis and traceability on a PC.
In its optional configuration, the welder (PRO-C 1000) can be equipped with a control module for the VBZ automatic feeder and an automatic stud welding gun, expanding the system’s automation capabilities.
Among the available accessories, the PRO-SPLIT unit allows the simultaneous operation of up to four welding guns, each with independent settings for regulation, voltage, and charging capacity. The integrated adapter automatically detects which gun is in use, making the system extremely flexible and suitable for multi-component production.
