The PHA-500 automatic gun is particularly suitable for the capacitive discharge studs welding, internally threaded studs and further aluminum welding elements thanks to the adjustable lifting magnet.
The PHA-500 gun is suitable for automatic use (automatic feeding of studs via the VBZ feeder) and semi-automatic use (manual feeding of studs with automatic charge of the pin from the loading tube to the spindle).
The automatic stud welding gun PHA-500 guarantees maximum operational repeatability, high welding quality, high reliability and maximum positioning precision of the welding pins thanks to the precise sliding guide of the piston of the welding gun.
