Hand Operated Portable Spot Welder item 7900 - 2 kVA
The TECNA 7900 manual portable spot welder is a lightweight and optimized solution for welding operations in the automotive repair industry. Equipped with an internal electronic timer synchronized with SCR, it allows precise adjustments from 2 to 65 cycles. The compensation circuit activates the timer only when current flows through the welding point, ensuring optimal results even on painted, oxidized, or black sheet metal.
The welding force is adjustable on a daN scale, while the additional lower arm fitting allows a wide opening between the arms, improving accessibility. The transformer, insulated in Class F and tested at 4000V AC, guarantees high operational reliability.
Hand Operated Portable Spot Welder item 7902 - 2.5 kVA
Designed for versatile use, the TECNA 7902 manual portable spot welder is ideal for applications ranging from automotive repair to general maintenance. Like the 7900 model, it features an internal electronic timer synchronized with SCR, adjustable from 2 to 65 cycles, and a compensation circuit that optimizes welding quality on painted, oxidized, or black sheet metal.
Unlike the previous model, it includes phase-controlled current adjustment, making it particularly suitable for delicate work on thin materials, small-diameter rods, and stainless steel sheets. It also features power factor control cosϕ for optimized energy management.
As with the previous model, the welding force is adjustable on a daN scale, and the additional lower arm fitting provides a wider arm opening. The transformer is insulated in Class F and tested at 4000V AC. For specific requirements, the (P) version is available, allowing pulsation-controlled welding time settings.
Hand Operated Portable Spot Welder item 7903 - 6 kVA - Water-Cooled
The TECNA 7903 is a fully water-cooled manual portable spot welder, designed for high-duty cycle operations in automotive repair, industry, and craftsmanship. Compatible with arms 7512, 7513, 7514, and 7515 upon request, it is ideal for light production requiring maximum efficiency and durability.
Equipped with an internal electronic timer synchronized with SCR, adjustable from 2 to 65 cycles, it ensures precise control of the welding process. The compensation circuit guarantees excellent results even on painted, oxidized, or black sheet metal.
Like the 7902 model, it includes phase-controlled current adjustment, essential for welding delicate materials such as stainless steel sheets or small-diameter rods. It also features power factor control cosϕ for optimized energy usage.

Tecna electric spot welders are spot welding machines designed to join thin metal sheets.
They are particularly suitable for auto bodywork, repairs and light production in industrial and craft applications.
A.T.S. Lamberti offers three types of Tecna electric spot welders:
Tecna electric spot welders work using the principle of electrical resistance.
The sheets to be welded are placed between the two electrodes of the spot welder, and an electric current is passed through them.
The current generates heat that melts the metal of the sheets at the contact points, creating a strong and permanent joint.
The advantages of using a Tecna electric spot welder include:
