TECNA LINEAR ACTION SINGLE-PHASE SPOT WELDERS (81XX)

LINEAR SPOT AND PROJECTION WELDERS

LINEAR ACTION SINGLE-PHASE SPOT AND PROJECTION WELDERS (81XX)

The TECNA linear action single-phase resistance welding machines series (81XX) series offer a nominal power at 50% duty cycle ranging from 80 kVA to 315 kVA, ensuring high performance in spot and projection welding applications.

Designed with a modular mechanical structure, these machines allow for the optimal configuration of arms, brackets, and cylinders, adapting to various production needs. The chrome-plated thick steel cylinder and rod, designed for heavy-duty applications and long service life, are equipped with an adjustable anti-rotation device, ensuring greater stability and operational precision.

The lubrication-free pneumatic system eliminates oil mist emissions, reducing environmental impact and improving operator safety. The pressure-free head descent facilitates maintenance and setup operations, while the double-stroke cylinder with key control ensures precise movement control.

The machine integrates a compressed air filter unit with a built-in tank, along with an air supply isolator, for optimal flow management. To ensure smooth operation and reduced noise, it is equipped with electrode speed regulators, an end-of-stroke cylinder damper, and exhaust silencers.

The two-stage electric pedal, supplied as standard on spot welders (available on request for projection welders), allows clamping the workpieces and initiating welding only when they are correctly positioned, ensuring a safer and more controlled process. The machine is also designed for the connection of an additional two-stage electric pedal, allowing direct recall of the second welding program, except for models equipped with a rotary selector switch.

To ensure high thermal efficiency, the welding transformer, plates, electrode holders, and electrodes are water-cooled, with resin-encapsulated windings for greater protection and durability. The synchronous control with SCR, isolated from the cooling circuit, includes a protective thermostat to prevent overheating of the system.

All models are equipped with a two-hand control with timer and a removable key selector, ensuring maximum operational safety. The two-hand control buttons are supplied as standard on projection welders and available on request for spot welders. Additionally, an emergency stop button allows for immediate machine shutdown in case of necessity.

The digital control system enables direct reading of the welding current, ensuring precise process management, improved repeatability, and high-quality weld joints.
