The MAS-04 automatic capacitive discharge welding bench with dual control is an economically convenient and flexible device for capacitor discharge welding studs and internally threaded welding studs.
It can be adapted to various welding operations and can be equipped with various piece assembly devices such as the mobile workpiece holder.
The automatic capacitor discharge welding bench is economically ideal for the mass production of small parts, it stands out for its maximum precision in the positioning of the elements to be welded and at the same time for its ease of use.
The MAS-04 is applicable for all welding methods, it can be used with all the welding diameters supplied by us and with the automatic welding heads KHA-200F and KKA-200F.
The pin is loaded automatically by the feeding system VBZ or semi automatically by manual loading of the operator.
