618 FASTENERS INSERTION PRESS

Fasteners 618 inserter press for the insertion of self-clinch stud type ATSFH, self-clinch nuts and self-clinch standoffs type ATSSO or ATSBSO on laminates or box-shaped and with the appropriate use of eccentric matrices for the positioning of the self-clinch inserts near the edge.
The Fasteners 618 inserter press has a self-clinch insertion system which is based on hydraulics and can be equipped with an automatic feeding system of standard self-clinch fasteners.
The Fasteners 618 press has a maximum pressure of 53kN with precision in the repetition of the imposed pressure of +/- 1%, a groove depth of 450mm and a hand-crushing protection system.
The Fasteners 618 press is available without an automatic loader but it is designed for the automatic feeding system of self-clinch studs, self-clinch nuts and self clinch standoffs, moreover the press is available with further options such as the laser pointer, or the support surface with adjustable brushes in height.
The Fasteners 618 press is supplied complete with dies and punches for self-clinch studs type ATSFH, self-clinch nuts type ATSS or ATSCLS and self clinch standoffs, dies and punches can be supplied on drawing if the customer's details have a shape where a request is required a special punch to design.
