The Fasteners 824 press has a self clinching inserts insertion system based on hydraulics and can be equipped with an automatic feeding system of standard self clinching inserts.
The Fasteners 824 press has a maximum pressure of 76kN with precision repetition of the pressure set by +/-1%, a recess depth of 600mm and a system of protection against hand crushing.
The Fasteners 824 press is supplied complete with dies and punches for self-clinching stud, self-clinching nuts and spacer standoff, dies and punches can be supplied to drawing if the customer's parts have a shape where a special die or punch to drawing is required.
