The arc stud welding gun (GD-12) is designed for welding threaded studs and internally threaded bushes with diameters up to Ø12 mm, ensuring precision and reliability in every application. 

The adjustable lift from 0 to 2.5 mm allows extremely precise configuration for every stud welding operation, enabling the process to be adapted to different materials and diameters with maximum accuracy. In combination with the linear ball guide piston, the 35 mm² welding cable with high current-carrying capacity and the automatic length compensation, the new GD 12 ensures consistent welding results, high arc stability and strong welds even during the most demanding work cycles.

The key strength of the new gun is the integrated stroke measurement system (optional), designed to simplify lift adjustment and improve process control. This system enables effective quality monitoring by measuring and recording the stud protrusion before welding and controlling the main parameters during the welding process: lift, plunge depth, plunge speed and short-circuit time.
