GD 16 drawn arc stud welding gun designed for welding of threaded studs and welding studs internally threaded up to Ø16mm.
The adjustable lifter (adjustment range: 0-4mm) and the adjustment of the hydraulic piston allow the perfect set-up for every welding activity.
The large size of the welding cable (cable section: 50mm²) and the automatic compensation of the pin length always guarantee perfect welding results for the new GD 16 gun.
To underline, in the new drawn arc stud welding gun GD 16 the travel system can be integrated (optional) thanks to which the adjustment of the lift could not be easier also it allows a high quality of the welding by monitoring the measurement and the recording of the travel of the pin or compass filetata (lifting, immersion depth) for each weld.
