The KHA-200F automatic stud welding head is designed for welding capacitor discharge studs with the gap and contact method.
The automatic head KHA-200F can be used on CNC stud welding benches, welding robots, handling systems, fixed machining centers and conventional stud welding units.
The KHA-200F automatic capacitive discharge welding head is ideal for automatic (automatic feeding from the automatic stud feeder VBZ) or semi-automatic (manual insertion of the welding stud).
The automatic head KHA-200F is available with the option of the integrated stroke measurement system and is particularly suitable for welding aluminum.
This lifting adjustment system could not be easier, it also allows quality monitoring by measuring and recording the stroke of the studs to be welded (lifting, piston autonomy, immersion depth) for each weld.
The automatic head KHA-200F guarantees maximum positioning precision of the stud and reproducibility of the welding through a linear precision guide of the welding piston, maximum repeatability of the welding, high quality of welding, high reliability, quick assembly and easy maintenance thanks to the quick change given by the plug-in connections.
