PRO-D 2800 welding machine for arc-stud welding to UNI EN ISO 14555 and UNI EN ISO 13918 standards, designed for the welding of threaded studs and bushes with internal arc and short arc threading, suitable for welding shear connector SD1 up to Ø25.
The microprocessor and the continuous regulation of the current and of the welding time ensure high performances of the unit thus guaranteeing optimal welding results.
The PRO-D 2800 arc stud welding machine is easily managed by the robust knob with integrated button, and all the parameter functions are displayed on a large display.
The pre-installed welding programs facilitate the choice of the right adjustment values, plus the operator can memorize other specific welding programs.
The integrated monitoring of the welding parameters allows the quality control of the welds, a predefined setting ensures the storage of the parameters of the last ten welds performed and as an option the possibility of storing 24500 welds via a USB interface for data transmission to a PC.
Optionally, the unit can be equipped with a protective gas module for welding with protective gas to support the welding gun and an automatic module for controlling the automatic VBZ stud feeder and an automatic welding gun.
The PRO-D 2800 can be supplied as a multi-gun unit for the operation of two or four welding guns with different adjustment values for welding current and welding time, the multi-gun unit automatically detects which gun is used.
All gun connections can be equipped with a shielding gas module. Alternatively, the PRO-SPLIT external adapter box is available as an accessory for the operation of up to four stud welding guns on a unit.
