The FD type arc-welded stud has the same mechanical characteristics as the MPF arc-weld stud but is threaded entirely to the tip.
The arc-welded FD type pin complete with ceramic ferrule is available with thread starting from M6 up to M20.
Through the use of the drawn arc welding machine, the arc-welded pin type FD is welded in a long arc with ferrule ceramic or welded in gas protection with appropriate limitations.
The production of the FD type arc-welded stud is carried out using the 4.8 iron, threaded stud to be welded FD type in A2-50 stainless steel and FD type stud bolt in 1.4571.
