The Duofix battery capacitor discharge welding unit has been designed for the capacitive discharge welding of welded threaded studs used for fixing heat cost allocators.
The Duofix battery capacitive discharge welding machine is composed of a battery with a capacity of 300 simultaneous welds and a capacity of about 1000 recharge cycles, has an LCD monitor for reading the data and the welding gun is equipped for the simultaneous welding of two M3 threaded studs with adjustable stud distance.
The quality of the welding for fixing the heat cost allocators is also determined by the presence of a laser positioned on the welding gun which guarantees a precise alignment of the weld studs.
The Duofix battery-powered welder stands out for its ease of use and the high quality welding, with a weight of just 4.6Kg, is supplied with a practical bag for its transport.
