EARTH PLUG CAPACITOR DISCHARGE STUD

The earth plug is welded through the use of capacitor discharge welding machines and is a valid fixing alternative with respect to certain processes that require traditional systems such as drilling on sheet metal and fixing with use of a blind rivets.
The earth plug to be welded can be used on thin thicknesses ensuring a good aesthetic result on the surfaces, provides good mechanical strength and reduces costs and processing times by increasing the final quality of the product.
The earth plugs capacitor discharge stud are supplied as double earth plug and as a single faston earth plug.
The earth plugs are built in the following materials: earth plug for capacitor discharge welding of steel in accordance with DIN EN ISO 898-1 with a coppered protection electrolytic according to DIN EN ISO 4042, A2-50 stainless steel capacitor discharge faston plugs, AlMg3 aluminum faston earth plugs for capacitor discharge and CuZn37 brass earth plug.
