TE300 is a microprocessor-based welding control system, designed to offer maximum precision, reliability, and ease of use in production hanging resistance welders. It is a compact, robust and versatile solution, designed for industrial lines where high standards of quality, process repeatability, and fast operator programming are required.

Smart performance and flexible configuration

The TE300 allows management of two welding programs with direct recall, each configurable with 11 customizable parameters, enabling the work cycle to be adapted to the technical specifications of the part or material. The welding cycle consists of four distinct phases, with advanced functions such as:

  • Pre-weld, for joint preparation;
  • Slope (current ramp), for a gradual and controlled transition;
  • Pulses, useful for improving penetration and reducing internal material stress.

Thanks to these features, the TE300 ensures clean, precise, and repeatable welds, minimizing production waste.

Operating modes and integrated safety

The device supports single and automatic welding modes, thus adapting to different operational needs. An optional removable locking key is also available to prevent access to programming by unauthorized operators, increasing process safety.

Another distinctive feature of the TE300 is the automatic compensation of minimum secondary current: in the presence of oxidized surfaces or poor contact conditions, the controller automatically extends the welding time up to 60 cycles, ensuring a constant current output. If the minimum value is not reached, the system displays an E3 error, ensuring effective real-time quality control.

Complete integration and electrical compatibility

From a technical standpoint, the TE300 is designed to offer maximum energy efficiency. It integrates first-phase shift control, useful for balancing the load among the phases of the electrical network. It is also fully compatible with:

  • 24Vdc pneumatic valves and solenoid valves (with short-circuit protection);
  • Double-stroke systems for electrodes, especially useful in hanging spot welding applications.

Simple interface and immediate use

The TE300’s user interface is designed to be intuitive and functional: it features 5 control buttons and an essential display, making configuration quick even for less experienced operators. Current control is managed via synchronized thyristors, which ensure stable and precise adjustments throughout the welding cycle.

The system automatically detects the network frequency at 50 Hz or 60 Hz, eliminating the need for manual reconfiguration, and includes the WELD / NO WELD safety function, which enables the welding cycle only if operating conditions are met, such as correct pressure on the handle or proper positioning of the electrodes.
