The ATSFH self-clinching stud is a fast and safe fastening system with high resistance thanks to the knurled flange placed in the under-head which is flush with the sheet once pressed.
The ATSFH self-clinching stud can be supplied in galvanized steel, stainless steel, A4 stainless steel or aluminum.
The ATSFH self-clinching stud can also be applied to surfaces that are already finished, painted or galvanically treated, lowering the processing costs.
Depending on the customer's needs, ATSFH self-clinching stud for thin thicknesses are also supplied, and the reduced-head ATSFH self-clinching stud are useful for fixing close to the sheet edge.
The ATSFH self-clinching studs are easy to assemble using the special pneumatic press for self-clinching studs or with the hydraulic press for self-clinching studs, visible in the product fixing systems menu.
