Der Blindniet ist ein Schnellbefestigungssystem für nicht entfernbare Gelenke und wird in den Bereichen Industrie, Automobil, Nautik und Bauwesen eingesetzt.
Zum Anbringen benötigt der Blindniet einen pneumatischen Nieter, der die Buchse mit Hilfe des Nagels verformt und eine Kraft ausübt, bis der Nagel bricht.
Je nach Verwendung unterscheidet sich der Blindniet in verschiedenen Typen: Rundkopf-Blindniet, Senkkopf-Blindniet, Großkopf-Blindniet.
Der Blindniet kann in Aluminium, Stahl, Kupfer, Edelstahl und Kupfernickel geliefert werden.
