CUPPED HEAD PIN FOR WELDING CAPACITOR DISCHARGE

A.T.S. provides cupped head insulation pins suitable for capacitors discharge welding available in different solutions and materials, from cupped head insulation pins with stainless steel washer, cupped head insulation pins with non-insulated washers or cupped head insulation pins with partially insulated washers for capacitive discharge welding.
The welding of the cupped head insulation pins allows in a single solution and through the use of capacitor discharge welders equipped with PIM-1B welding gun, to obtain a resistant fixing on mats for thermal insulation, acoustic insulation and insulation fire fighting, maintaining an excellent aesthetic result after welding, used to carry out canalization work and sheet metal housings for heating, ventilation or air conditioning.
