Blind rivet for plastics

The blind rivet for plastic materials is a fast fastening system, specifically designed for plastic, soft, and brittle materials. Thanks to its structure, it ensures secure fastening without compromising the integrity of the material it is applied to.

Depending on the application, blind rivets for plastic materials are divided into two main types: the peel blind rivet, ideal for general plastic applications, and the tri-fold blind rivet, particularly suitable for fragile plastic materials due to its ability to evenly distribute pressure during installation.

Both types of rivets require the use of a pneumatic riveter for installation. During the process, the riveter applies force to the sleeve through the nail, deforming it until the nail breaks, creating a stable and reliable fastening.

The peel blind rivet is available in materials such as aluminum and steel, while the tri-fold blind rivet is supplied in aluminum-aluminum, a combination ideal for lightweight and delicate materials.
