TECNA ATEX Zero Gravity balancer (9520AX-9525AX) - 12/70 kg
ATEX line - TECNA Zero Gravity balancer
TECNA ATEX ZERO GRAVITY Balancer, models (9520AX-9521AX-9522AX-9523AX-9524AX-9525AX): is equipped with a stainless steel cable, offering a load capacity ranging from 12 to 70 kg and a cable stroke of up to 2700 mm.
Designed for installation in explosion-risk environments, these ATEX-certified spring balancers ensure safety and regulatory compliance in the presence of flammable gases or combustible dust. Their structure is designed to minimize the risk of sparks and electrostatic buildup, providing optimal protection in critical environments. Additionally, the materials used offer high corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability, making them ideal for industrial applications in the chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Thanks to ZERO GRAVITY technology, these balancers allow the tool to remain in perfect balance in any position, eliminating operator effort. This system ensures maximum operational precision, improving control and reducing fatigue during prolonged use or repetitive operations. The tension adjustment allows the balancer to adapt to different weights, ensuring smooth, stable, and safe movement.
The ATEX characteristics of TECNA balancers include the classification EX II 2GD c II T 85°C (T6), indicating compliance with ATEX standards for Group II. Category 2 makes them suitable for areas where an explosive atmosphere is likely to occur. The GD marking confirms they can operate in environments with both gas and dust explosion risks. The "c" protection type ensures safety for non-electrical equipment, while the II classification certifies compatibility with all gases. The maximum surface operating temperature is 85°C, even under normal and malfunction conditions, providing high-level protection against dust, while the T6 class ensures the surface temperature does not exceed 85°C for gases.
