The TECNA medium frequency linear resistance welding machines, series (6710-6752), offer a nominal power from 90 kVA to 315 kVA at 50% duty cycle in direct current, ensuring high-quality welds thanks to medium frequency technology.

Designed with a modular structure, these machines allow for optimal configuration of arms, brackets, and welding cylinders, adapting to different production needs. The welding cylinder and thick chrome-plated steel rod ensure long service life even under heavy-duty use, while the adjustable anti-rotation device enhances operational stability.

The pneumatic components operate without lubrication, eliminating the emission of oil mist and reducing environmental impact. The dual-stroke welding cylinder, adjustable via key control, allows precise movement control. The copper alloy electrode descent without pressure facilitates maintenance and setup operations.

The system includes a compressed air filter unit and integrated tank, along with a compressed air supply isolator, for optimal flow management. The welding transformer, plates, electrode holders, and electrodes are water-cooled, with resin-encapsulated windings, ensuring greater durability and long-term stability.

The two-stage electric pedal allows clamping of the workpieces and starting the welding process only when they are correctly positioned, ensuring a safer and more controlled process. The machine is designed for the connection of an additional two-stage electric pedal, useful for recalling an alternative welding program according to operational needs.

For operator safety, all models include a two-hand control with a timer and a removable key selector. The dual control is standard on projection welders, while for spot welders, it is available on request. An emergency stop button enables the immediate shutdown of the machine if necessary, while a magnetothermal circuit breaker protects the system from overloads and anomalies.

Finally, the integrated flow switch prevents the machine from operating without cooling, protecting the system and ensuring safe and efficient performance.
