Keenserts threaded inserts (ATSKNHM)

KEENSERTS threaded inserts (ATSKNHM) are high-strength fastening systems designed to create strong and durable threads on materials such as steels and light alloys. Thanks to their reliability, they are widely used in critical sectors such as mechanical engineering, aerospace, space engineering, and precision engineering, where safety and performance are essential.

Characterized by locking kees, KEENSERTS inserts (ATSKNHM) are available in two main configurations:

- Two-locking-kee version: for M4, M5, and M6 threads, ideal for lighter applications.
- Four-locking-kee version: for threads from M8 to M24, suitable for heavier or high-stress applications.

Their exceptional strength comes from the AISI 303 (1.4305) stainless steel construction, ensuring durability and stability even under extreme operating conditions. These features make KEENSERTS inserts ideal for repairing worn or damaged threads and creating new high-strength threads, enhancing the reliability of applications.

The installation of KEENSERTS inserts is simple and practical, requiring no complex equipment. It can be performed with standard tools: a drill bit, a tap, and an installation tool. Once the threaded hole is prepared, the insert is placed and securely fixed with the locking kees, ensuring a stable and reliable anchorage.
