TECNA control unit (TE90) Mark II
For single-phase manual and pneumatic spot welders
The TECNA control unit (TE90) MARK II is designed for the management of single-phase spot welders, whether manually or pneumatically operated. It is a microprocessor-based control system that precisely regulates the key parameters of the resistance welding process, ensuring reliable and consistent work cycles.
The (TE90) allows direct control of the welder's components, with particular focus on current regulation through controlled diodes. The welding cycle is executed according to a programmable logic using predefined parameters. It also enables the recall of two different settings for time and current via independent commands.
This unit is especially suitable for applications where simplicity, flexibility and precision are required, even with materials that are not perfectly clean or show signs of oxidation.
Main features:
- Synchronous command with controlled diodes, with current regulation via phase control
- Simplified programming with four keys
- Dual recallable settings for time and current via two separate commands
- Slope and pulsation functions
- Selection between single and automatic cycle
- Secondary current compensation function, useful for welding rusted parts (sheet metal, rods)
- Option to disable the hold function for use with manual welders
- Delay setting for first insertion to optimize line current absorption
- Control of 24Vdc / 7.2W max solenoid valve, with short-circuit protected output
