A.T.S. announces the latest news on the Tecna balancers range, five significant innovations have been introduced on the models of balancers from 9320 to 9350: improvements that affect various aspects, from packaging to safety devices.​

NEW ADJUSTMENT BUSHING

New adjustment bushing: to protect the integrity of the balancer from incorrect use in the spring unloading phase, the adjustment bushing has been completely redesigned to make it impossible to unload the spring using a spanner.

The spring con be unloaded only by using the special lever indicated in the instruction manual.

This new feature means that any actions which could shorten the life cycle of the balancer are no longer possible.

SAFETY CAP

If the balancer is used in movements on rails, it may collide with other objects, the bright red cap easily attracts the attention of the staff in charge of functionality checks.

This cap aims to protect the circlip and the central pin, absorbing the impacts, and provides clear and immediate information on the state of the balancer.

AXIAL MOUNTING CIRCLIP

An axial mounting circlip has been added to the front part ensuring greater impact resistance.

SCREW LOCK SYSTEM

In the rear part the pin is lighter in order to be re-beaten: a simple yet effective screw lock system for the nut, even in the event of persistent vibrations.

Both these solutions ensure product reliability in heavy-duty environments, such as production and assembly lines.

PACKAGING

The packaging has been made stronger and the inner structure improved to ensure more effective product housing, to avoid damage even following knocks or harsh transport handling.

SWING DEVICE FOR THE AUTOMATIC STUD WELDING HEAD KHA-200F A.T.S. presents a new swing device for automatic capacitor discharge stud welding head used on a capacitor discharge CNC machine.The CNC welding machine has a working area of 1050x1100x250mm, complete with PRO-C 1500 capacitor discharge stud welding machine, VBZ automatic stud feeder, a KHA-200F automatic welding head with integrated stroke measuring system.Complementing the automatic welding head are four pneumatic clamps for earthing with an opening angle of 90°, a PRO-STUD operating software (including DXF data converter) operated via monitor with touch function, keyboard and mouse (control PC with Windows 10), and a three-sided safety fence with light curtains on one side to protect the work area.The KHA-200F automatic capacitor-discharge welding head uses a fluid spraying device, which enables a high quality stud welding.The oscillation device for the automatic stud welding head allows the welding of welding studs and internally threaded studs on curved surfaces with excellent results equivalent to the welding of studs on flat surfaces.

The operation of the hydraulic press is based on Pascal's law and it could be said that the principle is the same as the hydraulic system. THE NEW BATTERY POWERED STUD WELDING UNIT LBSaccu At the Schweisstec innovation fair in Stuttgart, the LBSaccu battery welding series for capacitor discharge welding was exhibited for the first time.The new welding machines LBSaccu 50, LBSaccu 75 and LBSaccu 90 are able to reach a charging voltage of up to 200V, allowing the welding of the discharge studs of stainless steel capacitors.Each of the battery-powered capacitor discharge welders can be used with the PHM-1A gun, to also reliably weld aluminum and brass studs.The reliability of capacitor discharge welders allows the welding of studs from M3 to M10.The integrated battery allows mobile use without the need to connect to the power outlet, as the charging cycles are long lasting.Each capacitor discharge welding machine is light and extremely compact, to facilitate its use by maintaining a high quality stud welding.The robust structure guarantees high reliability with fast ignition times and therefore fast stud welding sequences.All functions are shown on the LCD display, while the charging voltage can be adjusted at any time by the knob located on the front.
