The portable (LBSaccu 50s) capacitor discharge welding unit, battery-powered, is designed for capacitive welding of threaded studs and inserts. It operates with a charging voltage of 220V and has a capacity of 47,000 μF, ensuring reliable performance and versatility.
Equipped with the (PHM-1A) welding gun, the (LBSaccu 50s) is ideal for welding copper-plated 4.8 steel threaded studs, M3 to M6 studs in stainless steel, AlMg3 aluminum studs, and CuZn37 brass, in compliance with DIN EN ISO 13918. It also enables the welding of threaded inserts and other fasteners with diameters from Ø3 to Ø6 mm, guaranteeing high reliability in the welding process.
The battery operation ensures maximum mobility, making it perfect for applications in environments without direct power access. The integrated battery provides high capacity and lasts up to 1000 charging cycles. Alternatively, the (LBSaccu 50s) can be connected to any power outlet for continuous operation.
