Fasteners 618 press

The Fasteners 618 Press is designed for inserting self-clinching studs type (ATSFH), self-clinch nuts, and standoffs types (ATSSO or ATSBSO) on laminates or box sections. This model features eccentric dies that facilitate the placement of self-clinching inserts near the edges.

The insertion system of the Fasteners 618 utilizes hydraulic technology and can be equipped with an automatic feeder for standard self-clinching inserts. The machine has a maximum pressure capacity of 53 kN, ensuring a precision in the set pressure repetition of +/-1%. The throat depth is 450 mm and includes a hand safety protection system.

Available both in a basic version without an automatic feeder, the Fasteners 618 can be equipped with an automatic feeding system for self-clinching studs, nuts, and standoffs. Additional options include a laser pointer and a height-adjustable support table with brushes.

The press comes with a complete set of dies and punches for self-clinching studs type (ATSFH), self-clinching nuts types (ATSS or ATSCLS), and self clinch standoffs. Custom dies and punches can be ordered based on client specifications for parts that require special shapes.
