Fasteners 824 press for self-clinching inserts
The Fasteners 824 Press is designed for inserting self-clinching stud, self-clinching nuts, and standoff on laminates or box sections, using eccentric dies for placing inserts near the edges.
This press operates on a hydraulic insertion system and can be equipped with an automatic feeder for standard self-clinching inserts.The Fasteners 824 delivers a maximum pressure of 76 kN with a precision of pressure repetition accuracy of +/-1%, a throat depth of 600 mm, and includes a hand safety protection system.
It comes complete with dies and punches for self-clinching studs, self-clinching nuts, and standoffs, with custom dies and punches available for parts requiring special shapes.
Automatic feeder for fasteners 824 press
The Fasteners 824 Press can be provided without an automatic feeder, but is designed to accommodate an automatic feeding system for self-clinching studs, self-clinching nuts, and standoffs. Additionally, the press can be equipped with extra options such as a laser pointer or a height-adjustable support table with brushes.
