IMPROVEMENTS ON TECNA BALANCERS 9310 TO 9313 The continuous development of the Tecna Balancers range has enabled four significant innovations to be introduced on models 9310 to 9313: improvements affecting various aspects, from packaging to ergonomics.The revamped Tecna Balancers will not have a dedicated code, but will take over from those produced to date.
SWING DEVICE FOR THE AUTOMATIC STUD WELDING HEAD KHA-200F A.T.S. presents a new swing device for automatic capacitor discharge stud welding head used on a capacitor discharge CNC machine.The CNC welding machine has a working area of 1050x1100x250mm, complete with PRO-C 1500 capacitor discharge stud welding machine, VBZ automatic stud feeder, a KHA-200F automatic welding head with integrated stroke measuring system.Complementing the automatic welding head are four pneumatic clamps for earthing with an opening angle of 90°, a PRO-STUD operating software (including DXF data converter) operated via monitor with touch function, keyboard and mouse (control PC with Windows 10), and a three-sided safety fence with light curtains on one side to protect the work area.The KHA-200F automatic capacitor-discharge welding head uses a fluid spraying device, which enables a high quality stud welding.The oscillation device for the automatic stud welding head allows the welding of welding studs and internally threaded studs on curved surfaces with excellent results equivalent to the welding of studs on flat surfaces.

The operation of the hydraulic press is based on Pascal's law and it could be said that the principle is the same as the hydraulic system. The system usually consists of two cylinders and the fluid which, as a result, is poured into the smaller diameter cylinder, known to most as the "slave" cylinder.This phase is followed by the moment in which the piston of the slave cylinder is pushed so that it can compress the fluid flowing through the tube in the larger cylinder, which has the name of main cylinder.The pressure, exerted on the largest cylinder, causes the latter, through the piston present in it, to push back the fluid of the original cylinder. In this way the force applied on the fluids of the smaller cylinder produces more energy than when it is pushed into the main cylinder. THE NEW BATTERY POWERED STUD WELDING UNIT LBSaccu At the Schweisstec innovation fair in Stuttgart, the LBSaccu battery welding series for capacitor discharge welding was exhibited for the first time.The new welding machines LBSaccu 50, LBSaccu 75 and LBSaccu 90 are able to reach a charging voltage of up to 200V, allowing the welding of the discharge studs of stainless steel capacitors.Each of the battery-powered capacitor discharge welders can be used with the PHM-1A gun, to also reliably weld aluminum and brass studs.The reliability of capacitor discharge welders allows the welding of studs from M3 to M10.The integrated battery allows mobile use without the need to connect to the power outlet, as the charging cycles are long lasting.Each capacitor discharge welding machine is light and extremely compact, to facilitate its use by maintaining a high quality stud welding.The robust structure guarantees high reliability with fast ignition times and therefore fast stud welding sequences.All functions are shown on the LCD display, while the charging voltage can be adjusted at any time by the knob located on the front.

Srl proposes TECNA brand balancers, the devices used to support heavy loads during work, in order to facilitate the worker and prevent accidents by canceling the weight. Consequently, the improved performance of the worker allows to obtain a considerable saving on processing times together with an increase in productivity.The flow rate of TECNA balancers ranges from 0.2 to 180 kg, while the rope travel reaches up to 3 meters.
